Preparing Your Presentation
Please submit a copy of your presentation slides prior to the conference. This will allow conference organizers to pre-load and test slides prior to your session and minimize problems related to file incompatibility with the presentation laptops.
Please also indicate if you will be playing a video or require internet access for your presentation and any other technical requirements.

Posters should be in landscape format and no larger than 94″ wide by 42″ tall.
Registering for the conference
Conference presenters must provide a one-page, plain-language summary of their presentation, workshop, or poster. Please highlight objectives, research or practice-based evidence, implications for practice, areas of needed policy change, and related resources. These summaries can be submitted in English or French. These summaries will be disseminated in collaboration with EENet and conference partners, and will be posted on the EENet website (www.eenet.ca).
We will notify successful applicants no later than August 31 2021 . All presenters must confirm acceptance and register for the conference no later than September 10, 2021.
Acknowledgements & declaration of conflict of interest
All speakers are required to declare any funding or conflicts of interest pertinent to their presentation or topic at the beginning of their session.
